What we collect
When you apply or book a call we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the application questions. Our site also records standard visit information such as pages viewed, the device and browser used, and the campaign that brought you here, through our funnel software and, where enabled, advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To review your application and prepare for the call you booked.
- To contact you about your application by email, phone or text message. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To measure advertising, when a pixel is enabled, so that only qualified bookings are reported as conversions.
Who we share it with
We use ClickFunnels to store contacts and run our funnel, Calendly to schedule calls, and video hosting providers to play the videos on this site. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Application and contact records are kept for as long as we have a business reason to hold them, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing contact, email contact@kyrscaling.com.
Cookies
Our funnel software and, where enabled, advertising pixels set cookies to recognize repeat visits and attribute bookings to the campaign that produced them. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
