What does the build actually look like?+
After kickoff we get to work right away. Across 30 to 60 days we build your Klaviyo flows, set up the campaign calendar, and wire your SMS, all while staying in close contact with you. It rolls out in phases rather than everything landing at once, so the highest-value flows start earning while the rest gets built.
Do I need to already have customers?+
Yes. We do our best work with brands already making sales that have a list and traffic they are not fully monetizing. If you have not made your first sales yet, we are not the right fit today.
Isn't email marketing only worth it for big brands?+
It is the opposite. The smaller your list, the more every flow matters, because you paid to win those buyers and most of them never hear from you again. Retention is where the cheapest revenue in your business hides, at any size.
Why do you only take three to five clients a month?+
Because we want to do work we are proud of. When we take you on you get all of us, and a fast focused build is not possible if we are stretched across ten accounts at once.
What do you need from me to get started?+
Access to your Shopify store and your Klaviyo account, your product, and your time during the build. The more you give us up front to understand your brand and your customer, the better everything we build performs.
What happens after the build goes live?+
We stay on and keep optimizing. Flows get refined on real data and campaigns go out on a calendar every month. We are not a set-it-and-forget-it shop.
Do you work with brands outside the US?+
Yes. As long as you are selling on Shopify, location does not matter.
